I think 'que no puedo vaya' is him trying to say 'that I can't go' but he used the wrong 'to go' verb conjugation. Also 'y que triste' (and how sad) as opposed to 'why triste'. and 'quiero sol' (I want sun) as opposed to 'cielo sol'.
